THE TASTE OF SALT

The Master Tao had a young student who was unhappy about how much bad luck he was having and how come things never worked out for him.To make the young boy more aware about the narrow, selfish way he was approaching his problems, he put a handful of salt in a glass of water and then asked him to drink it.How does it taste?" the Master asked.
"Awful," answered the you student.
The Master smiled and then asked him to take another handful of salt and put it in the lake. The two walked in silence to the nearby lake and when the apprentice threw his handful of salt into the lake,
The old man said, "Now drink from the lake."As the water dripped down the young man's chin, the Master asked, "How does it taste?"
"Good!" remarked the young man. "Do you taste the salt?" asked the Master. "No," said the young man, not at all.
The Master sat beside this troubled young man, took his hands, and said,"The problems in your life are like pure salt; no more, no less. The amount of salt in life remains the same, exactly the same!
But the concentration of the 'salt' depends on the container we put it into.

So when you have a problem, the best thing you can do is to enlarge your size of the container!
